For a COVID test do not enter our facility. When you arrive at our parking lot call (405) 440-2095 and someone will come out to your car to administer the test. 

 

On-site testing and vaccinations are available anywhere in Oklahoma and north Texas. Seasonal flu vaccinations can be scheduled with vaccination starting in September. Call us to schedule your company’s vaccination fair.
