 Screening - Physical Abilities Testing, Skills Testing, Background Check
Physical Abilities Testing (PAT) provides an assessment of a job applicant’s ability to perform physical tasks required for a job. Rhea provides a complete PAT solution from test development to administration. PAT administration can be integrated with physical exams and worker on-boarding.
  • New hire Physical Abilities Testing for jobs with physical tasks. Test results are delivered immediately
  • Development and validation of PAT and selection testing custom to your requirements. Job requirements analysis and measurement of performance improvements.
  • Basic background check includes criminal and driving record, address verification and sex offender check.
  • Advanced background check includes the basic background check and employment and education verification, identification (SSN trace), 7 year criminal check (County, State and Federal) and sex offender check.

 Onboarding - OSHA Baselines, Physicals, Training and Certification
Onboarding services are offered to comply with DOT and OSHA requirements, to assist with job placement and reduce work related injuries.
  • DOT and non-DOT physical exams, pre-employment, certification and return to duty.
  • OSHA screening and surveillance exams including pre-placement, periodic, emergency exposure and termination. May include blood tests, x-rays, physician written opinion and employee counseling.
  • Pulmonary function testing includes pre-placement, periodic and termination testing respirator instruction and fitting as required in hazardous environments.
